Support project leadership by coordinating and executing project plans on-site, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards to drive successful project delivery.
Coordinate daily project activities by assisting Project Manager, Process Manager, and Engineering Manager to ensure timely execution of project plans at the site
Facilitate communication and collaboration with sub-contractors, clients, and other relevant parties to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
Prepare and submit accurate project reports and records to document progress and compliance as required
Implement and enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures to maintain a secure and compliant work site
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or engineering roles
Effective communication skills demonstrated through teamwork and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in AutoCAD to support project documentation and design review
Availability to commence work on short notice to meet project scheduling needs
