Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handling on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submission,
• Oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried out according to master program
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program
• Risk management - identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability
• To update progress timely to manager/management
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
• To manage the construction process & attend site meeting, cover site activities and documents
• Ensuring supervisors & foremen meet clients’ regulatory work requirements.
• Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times
• Site inspections and coordination
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time

Requirement:

• Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management.
• At least 2 years of on-site management experience is required, and can independently manage the construction site
• Proven track record in Project Engineering in construction industry.
• Good communication skills, and leadership.
• Able to multitask, process of problem solving skill
