Summary

  • Basic Range Salary S$3500 -S$5000

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing daily site operations and coordination of site works.
  • Review & Interpret technical drawings, specification and documents to the related stakeholders.
  • Supervise the structure works, piping installation, trenching work and etc. to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
  • Liaise with Main con, subcon and related stakeholders to resolve the site issues and technical challenges.
  • Monitor Project schedules, prepare reports and highlights potential risks and delays.
  • Ensure Quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
  • Support internal procurement activities by coordinating with the related stakeholders.
  • Control the cost of the Materials and Labour.
  • Attend meetings for Site Daily Toolbox Meeting, Coordination Meeting with Main Con & Sub cons and Monthly Internal Safety Community Meeting.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
  • Candidate who can committed to 6 days working schedules.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings,
  • Able to work independently and in a team under tight schedules.
  • Able to start work within short notice period.
