Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and direct multiple complex projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and develop project staff to build organizational capability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project delivery.

This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
