Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Revit, Microsoft Office.
• Equipped with BCSS / Managing work at height holders.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Job Description

• Project Coordination/Site management at construction sites.
• Project planning & manage overall project schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
• To amend and update drawings as per the latest changes.
• Attend tender interviews, site meetings and kick-off meetings.
• Liaise between consultant and client for their needs and requirements.
• Preparation of coordination/as build drawings and quotations for submission.
• Manages procurement activities.
• Ad hoc task assigned by superior.
