A leading real estate advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to manage and oversee construction projects of landed properties from inception to completion. Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, addressing customer issues, and liaising with various stakeholders. Candidates should have proven project coordination experience, knowledge of construction processes, and strong documentation skills. This role requires working full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects involving landed property construction from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and maintain regular progress reports, detailing construction milestones, delays, and updates for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage post-TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) issues, including defects rectification and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with architects, engineers, authorities (RTO), quantity surveyors (QS), main contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare renovation renderings and visualizations as required for project documentation and client presentations.
  • Assist in quantity surveying tasks as needed, leveraging QS experience for project cost control and estimation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination within the context of landed property construction.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions post project TOP, focusing on defect management and resolution.
  • Preferably, experience or background in quantity surveying for cost estimation and control purposes.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-stie, including regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and monitoring of daily site activities.
  • Strong documentation skills, particularly in preparing comprehensive and timely progress reports for stakeholders.
