We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to provide crucial administrative and organizational support to our project teams. You will be the central hub for project documentation, communication, and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central point for project communication, coordinating between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Organize meetings, manage project calendars, track deadlines, and diligently prepare and distribute minutes of meeting (MOM).
  • Maintain and organize all project documentation, correspondence, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and consolidated project reports for stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, gather technical, and summarize them for the project team.
  • Support project compliance by ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Assist in resource coordination to ensure availability of materials, equipment, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a support role within construction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD. Quantity surveying knowledge is a plus.
  • A problem-solving attitude and ability to start work immediately.
