Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for individuals to coordinate and deliver security projects. The role includes project scheduling, technical testing, and working with contractors on-site. Applicants should have a technical background and communication skills. Main Job Scope:

1. Coordinate project schedules, work progress and site activities with main contractors, subcons and client.
2. Prepare and submit basic documents, reports, and email correspondence.
3. Assist in arranging site access, permits, manpower scheduling and material delivery.
4. Follow up on project issues, variations, defects and site instructions.
5. Maintain project documentation, update tracking sheets and ensure timelines are met.

Technical Responsibilities

1. Perform testing, termination and commissioning of security systems (CCTV, access control, intercom, carpark barrier system and etc.).
2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on‑site.
3. Work with subcontractors for installation works; ensure quality and compliance with site requirements.
4. Have basic understanding of containment works (trunking, conduit, tray) to supervise and check subcontractors’ installation.
5. Conduct simple configuration of devices (training will be provided).
6. Ensure safety standards and proper work practices on‑site.

Requirements

1. Basic technical background (Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related fields preferred).
2. Hands‑on experience with tools, basic wiring and ELV is an advantage.
3. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reports and emails.
4. Good communication skills to coordinate with site teams, main contractors and consultants.
5. Responsible, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
