Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize meetings, manage project documentation, and liaise with stakeholders. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination and possess a diploma or degree in project or construction management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is preferred. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure projects meet standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.
  • Possessing skills in quantity surveying is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings and track deadlines.
  • Prepare visually appealing and data-driven presentation slides.
  • Attend internal and external project meetings.
  • Diligently prepare accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals and maintain records.
  • Maintain project documentation and distribute reports.
  • Prepare consolidated reports with correct references.
  • Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
  • Ensure materials and staff are available when needed.
  • Ensure projects meet company standards and safety requirements.
  • Direct project correspondence and prepare project proposals.

Project Coordinator

Work Location: Changi, office at (Lavender area)

Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday Full Day

Salary: $3500 to $4500 (depends on experience)

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.

Diploma/Degree/master’s in project/construction management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possessing quantity surveying skills is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Job scope

Organize meetings, track deadlines, and update project calendars.

Prepare visually appealing and data‑driven presentation slides.

Attend internal and external project meetings.

Be attentive and diligently prepare accurate minutes of meeting.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain approvals and maintain record keeping for all correspondence.

Maintain project documentation, distribute reports, and manage filing systems.

Prepare consolidated reports with correct references and chronology.

Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.

Prepare issue summaries in a simplified manner after gathering information from past communication, minutes of meetings and collecting inputs from various technical and contract departments.

Ensure materials, equipment, and staff are available when needed.

Ensure projects meet company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.

Other ad‑hoc duties as per assigned.
