Job summary

A leading equipment management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee projects from sales handover to completion. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in project management within the construction or machinery sectors and a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential, alongside proficiency in MS Office. Class 3 driving licence is preferred, with a transport allowance of $900 offered.

  • Conduct project meetings with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure site safety compliance and proper documentations.
  • Coordinate schedules with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Monitor quality control and adherence to professional standards.
  • Manage project costs, including materials and manpower usage.

  • Ensure site safety compliance and proper documentations (RA, MS, Lifting Plans).
  • Coordinate schedules with suppliers, logistics providers and authorised examiners.
  • Monitor quality control and adherence to professional standards and ISO requirements.
  • Manage project costs, including materials, equipment, and manpower usage.
Requirements
  • Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Candidates with at least 8 years of project management in construction-related, equipment or machinery industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Possess Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle (preferred) with Transport allowance of $900.
  • Knowledgeable in safety documentations and procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task, possess solid organizational skills and excellent time-management.
