Responsibilities

• Review and pick up patients who qualifies for SIDPIC program as per guideline
• Work with SIDPIC ID physician for confirmation of case
• Collate clinical information and document them in main database
• Sample collection for confirmed SIDPIC case
• Bi-weekly screening log, case porting form (CRF) and quarterly SIDPIC report are submitted to CDA in a timely and accurate manner
• To assist other administrative work as and when required
