This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to our Client.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager for a temporary assignment. In this role, you will oversee studio operations, coordinate resources, and drive process improvements to ensure efficient and scalable production workflows. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of creative solutions with external clients at our internal studios. This client-facing role focuses on coordinating resources (in-house and flex), managing studio slot bookings, and developing efficient processes to maximize creative output and impact. They will work closely with our studio coordinators and flex/freelance teams to ensure seamless scheduling, optimal studio utilization, and high-quality client service. They will work with our cross-functional teams as a bridge between the our studio services and our internal and external partners. This is a contingent worker position, not a full-time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of studio management, ensuring smooth daily operations and a productive creative environment.
  • Manage studio slot bookings, balancing client needs, in-house resources, and flex talent to optimize utilization.
  • Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Client-Facing Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients using the studio, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless experience.
Task Management & Coordination Handoff
  • Assume task management and partner communications and Ads Program coordination and tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to align client briefs with available studio resources and schedules.
  • Manage expectations of client and overall customer experience.
Resource Management
  • Coordinate the allocation of in-house and flex resources, matching talent to projects for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with MVP coordinators and flex teams to manage handoffs and scheduling.
  • Onboard new tools and vendors with a focus on AI, agility and scale.
Process Development & Optimization
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve studio processes, guidelines, and best practices. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and quality in studio operations.
  • Create toolkits and resources to support production teams and align with company’s goals.
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and present regular reports on studio utilization, slot bookings, and operational performance.
  • Communicate updates and insights to internal teams and clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in studio management, creative production, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to optimize processes and manage complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience coordinating resources across multiple sites or regions.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with studio booking systems and production management tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production, and agency operations.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and process innovation.
  • Experience working with both in-house and freelance/contract resources.
