Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Production Engineer. This role does not require prior experience as training will be provided. Responsibilities include overseeing piping fabrication activities and ensuring quality standards are met prior to dispatch. Suitable candidates should possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and strong communication skills. The position offers a monthly salary of up to $4500 along with a variable bonus in a full-time, permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee skid and on-site piping fabrication activities within the factory.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate fabrication schedules to meet construction delivery timelines.
• Support QA/QC processes, including material inspections and final assembly verification.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Office Location: Near Woodlands MRT, Singapore
• Work Location: Various Location within Mainland Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Oversee skid and on‑site piping fabrication activities within the factory.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate fabrication schedules to meet construction delivery timelines.
• Support QA/QC processes, including material inspections, dimensional checks, welding MPI, torque checks, and final assembly verification.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion and delivery of fabricated items.
• Raise PRF according to BOM requirements to secure timely material availability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized work environment within the factory.
• Promote optimal working conditions and support productivity improvements.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
