Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan equipment, materials, and manpower to fulfill production job orders efficiently
• Monitor daily execution of the production schedule and proactively resolve any operational issues
• Ensure that production output meets quality standards and customer specifications
• Escalate complex production issues to the Manager for prompt resolution
• Analyse backlogs, ongoing and upcoming orders to effectively prioritize and schedule production
• Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to enhance runtime efficiency
• Adhere to company standards, safety practices, and production policies to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient in both manual and CNC machining
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling
• Familiar with MRP systems
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure

Working Schedule: 5 Days

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Working Location: Seletar
