Qualifications

• Min 3 years' experience in production, operations, or manufacturing in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Experience in lean manufacturing or repair with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 30 Technicians.
• Achieve the operational targets in eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
