JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the maintenance and ongoing management of the approved fund list and model portfolios, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  • Support fund onboarding activities, including coordination of documentation, data collation, system setup support, and liaison with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and compliant onboarding of new funds onto the investment platform.
  • Provide administrative support relating to the management and upkeep of fund risk ratings, including data validation, record-keeping, and platform updates.
  • Assist in periodic reviews, updates, and housekeeping activities related to investment lists, model portfolios, risk ratings, and onboarding records to ensure alignment with internal governance and control standards.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the broader investment and product management function.
  • Experience & Skills Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and process discipline.
  • Relevant work experience in the financial services sector, preferably in fund administration, investment operations, or investment support functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through data, documentation, and operational issues independently.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver work within agreed timeline
