Role Overview

As a Product Operations Specialist – Creators Partnership, you’ll be a key player in shaping the creator ecosystem within Binance Square. Your mission is to support creator partnerships, grow communities, and ensure product-market fit through actionable insights and strategic alignment. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, a builder’s mindset, and deep community instincts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with high-impact global crypto content creators.
• Track community engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics to improve creator performance.
• Contribute to product and partnership strategies, assisting in feature planning and roadmap prioritization.
• Develop scalable strategies for user growth and engagement across community platforms.
• Monitor and enforce content and community quality standards to maintain platform safety and inclusivity.
• Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend community and product enhancements.
• Create detailed reports on community health, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) performance, and market behavior.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams to integrate community strategies into business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
• 5–8 years in partnerships, affiliate management, or multi-channel marketing.
• Proven experience or active involvement in the crypto creator economy.
• Technical & Analytical:
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into strategy.
• Comfortable using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Communication & Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Independent, proactive, and motivated with a global mindset.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Deep awareness of Web3, crypto trends, and creator economy best practices.
