Main Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle (PLC) and steer product launches using stage-gate processes.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to define product requirements, strategies, and pricing.

• Develop and manage product roadmaps, specifically the 5-Year Integrated Roadmap (5YIR).

• Align regional and local business objectives with global corporate strategies.

• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies to create business concepts that solve customer problems.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and compliance.

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to implement continuous improvements.

• Create product documentation, specifications, and training materials for sales teams.

• Provide technical application expertise and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and launches.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 8 years of Product Management experience within the Electrical Component sector.
