Job Description

The Producing Team Lead-2 will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of relationship managers to achieve sales targets and deepen client relationships within a specific segment, while also actively managing a personal portfolio of high-value clients. This role combines leadership, business development, and strategic account management to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of relationship managers to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and increase wallet share within the assigned market segment.
  • Actively manage and grow a personal portfolio of high-net-worth or key corporate clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client acquisition, and revenue generation to senior management.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, often alongside team members, to provide senior-level support and expertise.
