Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of Procurement function - Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with vendors
  • Supplier Management – setting up and maintaining of Preferred Supplier List, working in alignment with Global/Regional Category teams
  • Purchasing Spend – monitor, track, validate purchasing spend, and to identify sourcing opportunities/savings
  • Stakeholder Management – drive sourcing initiatives with internal stakeholders. Ensure group procurement process/policies are adhered to
  • Tools & Systems – be subject matter expert in tools/systems. Organise, collate and upload vendor contracts
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Purchasing or equivalent
  • 6 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement and contracting management, in Indirect category (External Resources, Real Estate, IT & Telecom)
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of organisation, with cross functional teams (legal, finance, tax etc). Good interpersonal skills
  • Regional exposure.
