Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement cum Inventory Control Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing
  • Assist in demand planning and forecast analysis to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
Inventory Coordination
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business demand without overstocking.
  • Update inventory management systems and generate accurate stock reports.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouse and transport providers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Liaise with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement and stock strategies.
  • Assist in resolving supply chain issues and delivery discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
