Job Description

• Apply chemical/mechanical knowledge to daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement
• Responsible for section quality KPI
• Work with different stakeholders (ie. production team and suppliers) to investigate and troubleshoot process related problem
• Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes
• Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
• Responsible for quality and any discrepancies when arise
• Set quarterly MBO and review MBO (Management by Objectives)
• Initiate continuous cost reduction activity
• Any other duties as assigned
