Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and enhance process stability. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant STEM field and at least 1 year of experience in process engineering, preferably in semiconductor fabrication. Responsibilities include problem-solving, data analysis, and implementing control methods to optimize manufacturing processes.

Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Tampines
Working hour: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Annual Leave: 14 days per year
Basic: $3500-$7,000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem solve issues promptly.
• Actively collaborate with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identifytechnology deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventivesolutions.
• Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintainwith quality and urgency.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality,reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionableinsights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
• Implement statistical process control methods to establish and uphold robustmanufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ChemicalEngineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in specific module process engineering, possessing in-depth technical knowledge.
• Experience working in a 12” (300mm) semiconductor fabrication facilities would be anadvantageous
