Overview

Join a high-impact consulting practice that helps government agencies tackle complex IT challenges and modernize systems with confidence. As a founding member of this growing practice, you’ll work on diverse and meaningful problems in the public sector; leading engagements that drive real change and long-term value.

You’ll Be Working On

• Lead end-to-end product engagements, from discovery and framing through to product vision, roadmap, and implementation planning
• Align product solutions with strategic objectives; balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex product and technology challenges
• Champion product and engineering best practices that support scalability, sustainability, and measurable impact
• Mentor product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Represent the practice in cross-agency forums, communities of practice, or thought leadership events

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills; confident engaging with C-level stakeholders and frontline teams alike
• Strong influence and collaboration skills, with experience working across organizational boundaries
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create impact for public good
