The Challenges

• Lead and manage the centre’s daily operations in compliance with ECDA regulations
• Supervise, support, and develop a team of early childhood educators
• Guide curriculum planning and ensure effective implementation of an inquiry- and play-based learning framework
• Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement
• Monitor enrolment, staff performance, and operational efficiency
• Ensure a high standard of safety, hygiene, and learning environment within the centre

What it Takes:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
• Senior Teacher with ADECL / ADECT are welcomed to apply
• Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
• Able to vet Chinese Curriculum
