Job summary

A family-centered play organization in Singapore is looking for a Play Session Instructor to lead engaging sensory play sessions for toddlers and children aged 1 to 8. You will prepare and facilitate these sessions, ensuring a positive and safe environment while interacting with children. The ideal candidate is warm, responsible, and preferably has experience in early childhood education. Flexible working hours are available, with a preference for candidates who can work on weekends.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in early childhood or playgroups is preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Play Session Instructor to lead our toddler and children’s sensory play sessions (ages 1–8).

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and facilitate messy sensory play and craft sessions for toddlers and young children
  • Interact and engage with children from the moment they arrive until the end of the session
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic play environment at all times
  • Assist with setup and cleanup before and after each session
  • Help maintain the overall tidiness and organization of the play space
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with young children and creating a positive play environment
  • Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Preferably with prior experience in early childhood, playgroups, enrichment, or similar fields
  • Able to work on weekends (preferred)
Others
  • Flexible working hours (9:30am – 7:00pm)
  • Specific work days and schedule can be discussed
