Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a Senior Day Rehabilitation Centre. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to elderly clients, promoting mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for elderly clients with various physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on home exercises, fall prevention, and mobility aids.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or community rehabilitation.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with the elderly and promoting active aging.
