• Manage inbound and outbound inventory, including receipt of supplier invoices, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates for replenishment, exchanges, and adjustments
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and utilize inventory management systems and databases
• Coordinate local and international procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables
• Follow up on quotation requests from local and overseas customers
• Prepare and process quotations by liaising with suppliers, compiling pricing and markup details, and submitting finalized quotations to customers
• Process customer orders, including preparation of purchase orders to suppliers, invoices, and delivery documentation, as well as packing of orders
• Arrange shipments and coordinate delivery schedules among internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables
• Order Fulfillment and Documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders)
• Quotation Preparation and Processing

Requirements

• Possess Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
