About the Role

• Provide pharmaceutical care for excellent patient care.
• Recommend and monitor drug therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems.
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists.
• Adhere to regulations, practices and policies established by regulatory agencies pertaining to pharmacy.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects as required.
• Work as part of a bigger team to provide quality patient care.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Hospital experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work in team or independently.
• Ability to communicate well and able to articulate procedures effectively.
