Job summary

A financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support professional. You will handle data entry, manage paperwork, liaise with clients, and ensure timely processing of claims and premium payments. The ideal candidate is proficient in English and Mandarin, has solid communication skills, and is familiar with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in insurance administration is preferred, with a focus on reliability and resourcefulness in tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of insurance admin experience is preferred.
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus.
  • Reliable and dependable in fulfilling tasks.

Monday - Friday, 9pm - 6pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities
  • Data entry
  • Handle administrative duties (checking of paperwork, filing, etc).
  • Replying to emails to clients and relevant departments.
  • Making phone calls to set appointments.
  • Ensure timely premium payments by clients.
  • Process claims and provide regular updates to clients on claim status.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for new business opportunities.
  • Generate proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare forms for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and back-end staff.
  • Basic compliance duties.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to speak with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Meticulous, takes initiative and has good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point.
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years of insurance admin experience.
  • Insurance knowledge a plus point.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
  • Reliability and dependability in fulfilling tasks.
  • Resourcefulness in addressing challenges.
