A growing company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, and maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
Organize and prioritize daily assignments to ensure effective time allocation and prompt fulfillment of duties.
Protect sensitive information with strict confidentiality, demonstrating professionalism consistently.
Coordinate travel arrangements such as booking flights, securing accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and various business documents.
Maintain well-organized electronic and paper filing systems to facilitate quick and efficient retrieval of information.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
Execute general office duties as requested by the Managing Director.
Provide personal assistance when necessary, including managing personal errands and tasks.
