Roles & Responsibilities

We are incorporated in Singapore since 2016. We are in the Indian/Bollywood/Punjabi Music Lounge business and running the Pub/Bar in the name of “Indian Club” under Club Bollywood. We are located in the Circular Road which is surrounded by many Indian, Punjabi, south Indian, Bangladeshi clubs and frequented by local and foreign Indian community alike.

We are looking for a person who can take the responsibilities of running and promoting our Bollywood Night Club / Indian classic Music Lounge by using the brand name “Indian Club” under Club Bollywood. Running an organization as a business and running an organization as a brand needs different skill sets and expertise, those local applicants who has this skill set and expertise in abundance most welcome to join our organization.

A Performing Artiste Manager must be an expert on the ins and outs of the music selection and entertainment business. Good managers do everything they can to make their patrons happy. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and basic computer skills. A Performing Artiste Manager must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.

• Dance rehearsals and performances on recorded music and creating the right environment to get the best out of each of them, technically and creatively.
• Selection of songs, sound effects or narrative to accompany a dance / performance.
• Work closely with instructors or other artiste / dancers to interpret or modify choreography.
• Manage and oversee all members of the team in conjunction with the artist.
• Hire coaches and trainers to help artists with dancing, makeup artist, etc.
• Ensure the smooth running of rehearsals and performances.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure that they meet the artist’s specifications.
• Keep abreast with current trends in music, choreography and presentation.
• Determine type of marketing and advertising appropriate, based on demographics.
• Manage and engage with a huge number of contacts within his own professional networks.
• Add value to the artist's work by ensuring they are able to focus purely on performing to an expected norm and standard.
