Job summary

A leading scaffolding company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage the full spectrum of payroll functions. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee records, and handle compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Admin/HRM, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in MS Excel. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for HR functions and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years relevant experience, handling large headcounts.
  • Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts.
  • Independent, hands-on individual.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function.
  • Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system.
  • Prepare and maintain employee payroll records.
  • Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B.
  • Filing of all government paid leave and claims.
  • Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters.
