Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance digital and cashless payment operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and prevent revenue leakage.
• Oversee daily operations, including transaction reconciliation, settlement updates, and month-end financial closing.
• Act as the company’s Compliance Officer for PSA license matters with MAS, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report cashless payment performance and data as part of management reporting.
• Handle customer payment issues, including short payments, disputes, and chargebacks, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
• Lead and support the cashless payment operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 years’ experience in digital or cashless payment operations; prior team management and coaching experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PSA license application and compliance processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP or similar financial systems.
