Job Description

Work location: Central

Work hours: 5 days work week only, rotating shift basis.

Morning shift: 7.30am to 3.30pm

Afternoon shift: 1.30pm to 9.30pm

Overnight shift: 9pm – 8am

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow department SOPs to ensure all areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Keep brochures, materials, and signage up to date.
Patient Journey Management
  • Assist with registration, screening, inquiries, cashiering, and escalations.
  • Ensure accurate patient records, insurance, and billing information.
  • Promote self-help kiosk usage where applicable.
Room & Appointment Management
  • Prepare consultation rooms and ensure equipment and collaterals are ready.
  • Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, pre / post-procedure information, and follow-ups on no-shows.
  • Prepare patient lists for review by clinicians.
Patient Service & Quality
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate billing information for procedures.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Min. GCE O’ Level Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance or related fields.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
