About the job Patient Service Associate (Endoscopy Centre)

About The Role

  • Ensure Procedural Area Readiness.
  • Assist with smooth patient journey including registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and enquiries.
  • Ensure patients Insurance providers are maintained and bills are accurate.
  • Follow-up with pre/post scope/operation administrative duties. E.g. Ensure patient receives accurate and timely pre/post-procedure information.
  • Attend to appointment requests, emails and phone enquiries.
  • To provide financial counselling to patient on the fees for consult, investigations, procedures and medication where applicable.
  • To provide value added service as developed e.g. Phlebotomy, Therapy Aid, Basic ADL assistance.
  • To lead / train junior staff in value-added services.
  • Participate in quality improvement project and assume other responsibilities tasked by the clinic/nurse manager, service team leader and/or service executives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Candidate must possess at least A Levels/Diploma
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
  • When required, candidates should be comfortable with shift work.
