Job summary

About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic and fast-paced IT distributor where you will play a key role in strengthening partner networks, driving solution adoption, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Whether you are an experienced Channel Sales Manager, this role offers the opportunity to build strategic relationships, influence market presence, and grow with an expanding organisation.


What You Will Do


  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners, including resellers, SI partners, and MSPs.

  • Identify new channel opportunities and onboard partners to broaden market reach.

  • Drive sales performance by supporting partners with product knowledge, solution positioning, and presales coordination.

  • Facilitate quotation requests, proposal submissions, and deal registrations.

  • Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly activity reports for internal review.

  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams on campaigns, vendor programs, and partner events.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

  • Manage overseas orders and support logistical coordination where needed.

  • Deliver excellent customer and partner experience through timely communication and problem resolution.


Who We Are Looking For


  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or IT distribution (cybersecurity/networking) is highly advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • A motivated self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to work independently.

  • Analytical mindset, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
