Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore is seeking part-time Customer Service cum Admin Officers. You will manage front counter duties, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide administrative support across various locations. Ideal candidates should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changes. Flexible working days and commitment are required for at least 6 months.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Man the front counter at all times.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Queue management when required.
  • Welcome walk-in customers and register customers.
  • Attend to enquiries via phone call and emails.
  • Operational checks on the service centre.
  • Collect documents from customers.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing and data entry.
  • Need to be roving around different offices.
