Part-time Admin Assistant (Operation Department)

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to manage client, floater, and cleaner queries, scheduling, and feedbacks for daily operations.

Work Day: 6 days – must be able to commit on Saturday or Sunday

Work Shift: 7 am–4 pm or 2 pm–11 pm

Responsibilities
  • Communicate quickly with clients, floaters, and cleaners via phone calls, chat/SMS, emails, and walk‑ins.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Arrange floater or cleaner schedules and monitor cleaning standards.
  • Collect mails and documents as required.
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned by the Executive or Assistant Executive.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and scheduling.
  • Minimum 'O' holder.
  • Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, quick learner, willing to take up responsibility.
