A civil engineering company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to manage daily financial transactions, assist with bank reconciliations, and prepare audit schedules. Candidates should be self-motivated with book keeping knowledge or an LCCI certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems is essential. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handle daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
2. Bank reconciliation reports, Update Cash book to control cash flow
3. Assist in preparing audit schedule.
Requirements:
1. Independent, self-motivated individual
2. Book keeping knowledge/LCCI certificate
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, UBS, Globe 3 ERP System
4. Meticulous and organized
5. Positive working attitude
