Job summary

A civil engineering company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to manage daily financial transactions, assist with bank reconciliations, and prepare audit schedules. Candidates should be self-motivated with book keeping knowledge or an LCCI certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems is essential. Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handle daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)

2. Bank reconciliation reports, Update Cash book to control cash flow

3. Assist in preparing audit schedule.
