Our Client is a public listed American cloud computing company that sells software, cloud services, and software‑defined storage looking for Paid Media & Social Media Specialist.

This position will be part of a digital marketing team to implement all Paid Media and Social Media initiative for the Asia Pacific & Japan region. The key responsibilities include developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to stakeholders. Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs. Manage the day‑to‑day execution of Paid and social media. Conducting in‑depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute best practices for Paid Media and Social Media campaigns for the Asia Pacific Region
  • Drive all APJ Paid Media campaigns aligned to business needs
  • Setup and manage PPC campaigns for various English and non‑English Asia Pacific Countries
  • Conceptualize and execute Organic and Paid Social campaigns
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve Organic Search rankings
  • Manage Paid Media budget for Asia Pacific region, and prioritizing for success
  • Act as point‑of‑contact for field marketing teams, and lead regular meeting cadence
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and build relevant content
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy with fast‑cycle A/B testing
  • Review technical SEO issues, implement optimizations, fixes and links
  • Track, report, and optimize Paid Media initiatives and campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze Organic and Paid Social performance
  • Track, report, and analyze website traffic performance
  • Track search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate to Campaign team to create successful 360 Integrated Marketing Campaigns
The Candidate

You have strong passion. You have a proven record in managing PPC campaigns in the B2B market segment. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities to improve rankings on Google and other search engines.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field with 3-5 years of proven experience in Paid Media, Social Media, and SEO
  • Hands on advertising experience with Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, crucial
  • Hands on experience with SproutSocial
  • Strong hands‑on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics a must.
  • Hands on with SEO tools such as ScreamingFrog, SEMRush etc.
  • Experience with using ABM tools such as 6Sense, DemandBase a plus
  • Strong communication skills with experience in writing Ad copies
  • Proficiency in other Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) a big plus
  • Passion in Digital Demand Generation and customer acquisition
  • Attention to details, analytical, data‑driven, ability to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborative, strong team player with great stakeholder management skills
  • Aware of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and MARTECH advancements
