A global technology firm in Singapore is seeking an OD Partner to lead strategic initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in organizational development or strategic HR roles, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. This position offers hybrid work options, supporting a balance between work and life while promoting an inclusive culture.
As an OD Partner you’ll help shape our organisation by leading strategic initiatives to improve effectiveness culture and capability. You’ll work with senior leaders and HR to drive change, support growth and embed new ways of working at Avaloq.
