Job summary

A retail company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage the fulfilment of daily orders and ensure product availability. Responsibilities include checking inventory, coordinating with departments, and assisting customers both online and offline. An ideal candidate will have at least GCE O or N Level/ITE and preferably 1 year of relevant experience. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, and candidates should be available to work on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience or equivalent.
• Able to start work in short notice is an advantage.

Job Scope:

• Manage fulfilment of daily orders from various online platforms.
• Ensure that products are displayed neatly and are sufficiently stocked.
• Check and update product inventory.
• Requisite stocks from main store and retrieve stocks from cold room.
• Assist in the packing and repacking of products
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales, products and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Handle and follow up on walk-in and online retail customers’ enquiries and orders.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in work area.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the team.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
• Candidates with work experience in Food/ Meat Industry is preferred.

Requirement:

• GCE O or N Level/ITE preferably with 1 year relevant working experience or equivalent.
• Able to work on Saturdays
