Job summary

A leading fund management firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Operations Analyst. This full-time role offers hands-on exposure to private equity fund operations and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in the industry. The ideal candidate will hold a Polytechnic diploma and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting with regulatory compliance, internal controls, and providing operational support.

Role Overview

We are a family office–backed fund management firm focused on private equity investments, seeking a motivated Polytechnic Diploma holder or fresh graduate (up to 1 year of experience) to join our team as a Junior Operations Analyst. This full-time role offers hands-on exposure to private equity fund operations and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in the fund management industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance matters, including periodic filings, MAS requests and regulatory surveys.

  2. Support monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.

  3. Assist with internal controls, compliance checks, internal audits and tracking of remediation items.

  4. Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing and documentation.

  5. Coordinate with external service providers such as auditors, fund administrators, compliance consultants and corporate secretaries.

  6. Support corporate secretarial and governance matters, including maintenance of statutory records and documentation.

  7. Maintain proper filing of compliance, governance and regulatory documents.

  8. Provide operational and administrative support, including processing capital calls and distributions, and assisting with fundraising and LP materials.

What we're looking for
  • Polytechnic diploma in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, with 0-1 year of work experiences

  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
