Job description

  • Collaborating with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities within the client accounts and propose value-added logistics solutions.
  • Coordinating all aspects of operations and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing corrective actions.
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring contract compliance and addressing any contract-related issues or changes.
  • Collaborating with finance teams for contract reviews and amendments.
  • Investigating and resolving operational problems, escalations, and service failures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective action.
  • Presenting performance reports and conducting regular business reviews.
  • Implementing best practices, automation, and technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and optimising workflows to achieve operational excellence.
