Job summary

A leading operational management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to provide leadership and effective management for their operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and leading administrative functions. Candidates should have at least a degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office. An understanding of accounting or music would be advantageous. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management for operational controls.
  • Establish plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate operational matters with landlords and vendors.
  • Manage warehouse and inventory logistics.
  • Procure stock and accessories.
  • Prepare and submit reports to brand principal.
  • Coordinate IT maintenance and software updates.

Job description
  • Provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the Steinway Gallery and Pianoland have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures. To put human resource systems in place to effectively manage and grow the organization and operating efficiencies
  • Establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress.
  • Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors on all operational matters
  • Warehouse & Inventory management import and export logistics to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stock and accessories procurement
  • Preparation and submission of reports to brand principal
  • Coordinate IT maintenance and software updates by liaising with IT vendors
  • Research and apply strategies that will help to support our manpower needs
  • Lead and manage Office Admin and Service Admin
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the company
  • Manage day to day agendas, calendars, coordinate and schedule appointments, internal and external business meetings, travel arrangements: flight reservation, hotel accommodation for the General Manager
  • Communicate, follow-up and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree, Diploma, or related fields with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Well-developed written and oral presentation/communication skills

  • Flexible and resourceful
  • Must be IT savvy and good with Microsoft Office
