Job Summary:

Entry-level role focused on rapidly developing core operational management skills in soft services. Seeking a candidate with strong foundational aptitude to master critical financial, client, and manpower functions quickly. Demonstrable aptitude and potential for rapid development are mandatory; direct management experience is not required.

Core Operational Focus & Development Areas:

We require a high potential for swift competence in these three functions:

  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and production of accurate internal financial reports.
| 2. Client Reporting & Contract Integrity |
  • Excellent organizational skills; high attention to detail and professional communication.
  • Prepare client-facing reports and billing documentation to ensure zero delay in monthly invoicing. Assist in contract review to prevent scope creep.
| 3. Local Manpower Coordination |
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Support end-to-end coordination and sourcing for Singapore Citizens/PRs.
  • Assist in maintaining full, reliable site staffing.
General Duties
  • Support operational execution and service quality control.
  • Coordinate with and support supervisors and frontline teams.
  • Assist in implementing efficiency and cost‑saving initiatives.
