We are on the hunt for a hard‑working, friendly, and service‑oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations Logistics Officer.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Efficiently carry and load equipment and displays for events.
  • Work independently to manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Prepare and print materials needed for events.
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and well‑maintained.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
  • A driving license is preferred, with an additional salary incentive for drivers.
Traits We Are Looking For
  • Meticulous attention to detail and prompt in execution.
  • A keen learner who takes initiative and is proactive.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Organized and responsible, taking full ownership of duties.
Working Hours
  • Office hours: 4 weekdays (9am - 5pm).
  • Standby: 1 weekday + 1 weekend (from home), with rotational standby for evenings.
  • Overtime compensation provided for work beyond normal hours.
