Responsibilities

- Arrange transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to vessels.
- Manage documentation, including customs clearance, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipments and resolving operational issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels in warehouses and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping laws and company policies.
