Job Description
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
  • Position Title: Operations Executive/ Import Export Specialist
  • Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic + $200 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer needs, promptly inform customers about any issues, and offer alternative solutions.
  • Manage daily operations for import/export procedures.
  • Coordinate shipments with domestic and international customers, airlines, carriers, subcontractors, agents, and truckers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments, carriers, forwarders, and agencies.
  • Efficiently prepare and execute import/export documents.
  • Monitor daily shipment and delivery requirements.
  • Handle export customs documents and operations.
  • Track and report on all import/export consignments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
